The 'War on Women': Female senators walk out in protest of controversial bills

March 10, 2012 - On Thursday night, two anti-abortion bills were passed in a Republican majority Georgia Senate. Eight female senators proceeded to stand up and walk out of the building in protest. This activism has the nation buzzing and has brought a spotlight to the GOP’s recent attacks on women’s health care in Georgia as well as the rest of the United States.
